Andrea's
Andrea’s at Encore Las Vegas has an $80 dinner that starts with salmon and avocado, followed by a choice of vermicelli and king crab salad, tuna and crispy rice or scallop sashimi. Shrimp and lobster sauce, diver sea scallops or a 9-ounce filet mignon.
Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres
Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres at SLS Las Vegas features an $80 dinner menu that starts with cotton candy foie gras, super-giant pork-skin chicharrón and gazpacho shots. Then pick Butifarra spiral Catalan-style pork sausage, skirt steak with rosemary mustard sauce, Robuchon potatoes or setas al ajillo. For dessert, cream puffs, assorted tarts and little cakes.
Beerhaus
Beerhaus at The Park has a $20 lunch that starts with either hand-cut fries or pretzels with beer cheese. Then pick with a hot link or an IPA cheddarwurst with smoked bacon jam. For dessert, a Bye Felicia with vanilla sprinkles ice cream between sugar cookies or a red velvet whoopie pie.
Carnevino
Carnevino at the Palazzo has an $80 dinner with a choice of insalate romana, fried calamari or tagliata di manzo. Then order a filet mignon, dry-aged New York strip or striped bass. For dessert, vanilla bonet, zuppa inglese or a selection of artisanal gelati and sorbetti.
Cleo
Cleo at SLS Las Vegas has a $40 dinner that starts with a choice of babaganoush, lebaneh or hummus, followed by either harira soup or a chopped salad. For the final course, choose chicken tangine, grilled octopus, garlic shrimp of seasonal mushroom flatbread.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Eiffel Tower Restaurant has a $30 lunch that includes an asparagus salad with warm green and white asparagus, mimosa and wild bitter greens; a roasted chicken with green pea mousseline and wild forest mushrooms; strawberry meringue with fromage blanc sorbet.
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill
Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace has a $30 lunch that starts with a choice of a classic Caesar salad, tomato soup or parmesan pesto toast. Then choose a pan-seared Scottish salmon, chicken curry or Shepard's pie. End with a choice of sticky toffee pudding or sweet cream ice cream.
Hakkasan
Hakkasan at the MGM Grand has a $50 dinner that starts with the Hakkasan steamed dim sum platter, vegetarian steamed dim sum platter or pan-seared Shanghai dumpling. Then choose a roasted Chilean sea bass with Chinese honey, spicy prawn or Mongolian-style beef tenderloin. For dessert, melon sorbet with black sesame sponge.
Harvest by Roy Ellamar
Harvest at the Bellagio has a $50 dinner that features heirloom tomato, apricots and burrata; creamed spinach soup; or a slow cooked farm egg with brioche toast and smoked ham hock. Then choose a chicken-fried Asian carp, duet of Beckerlane pork or culotte steak. For dessert, a chocolate tarte with summer berry sorbet or peach cobbler with bourbon cherry ice cream.
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar

Jardin at Encore Las Vegas features a $50 dinner that includes a choice of a chopped kale salad, grandmother’s chicken meatballs or a jumbo lump crab cake. Then choose an organic salmon, Jidori chicken breast or surf and turf for $12 more. End dinner with a rustic berry crostata or butterscotch maple bourbon pudding.
Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro
The $20 breakfast at Morels at the Palazzo includes a seasonal fruit plate with yogurt followed by a choice of an American breakfast, classic Benedict, free range egg veggie omelet or buttermilk pancakes. That’s followed by strawberry crepes with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Everyone gets French pressed coffee.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
Old Homestead Steakhouse at Caesars Palace has an $80 dinner with starters such as a steakhouse wedge, French onion soup or colossal shrimp cocktail. Then choose among Atlantic salmon, an 8-ounce Black Angus beef filet or Petaluma chicken. For dessert, try creme brulee or the big fat chocolate cake.
Pasta Shop Ristorante
去麵店Ristorante &美術館for a $20 lunch that includes a classic Caesar salad to start, followed by a choice of ravioli Bianca or rigatoni primavera. Lunch ends with homemade cannoli.
The Perch
The Perch at the Downtown Container Park has a $30 dinner that features a choice of terrace salad with grilled corn, shrimp, avocado, tomato and cilantro chimichurri or chicken lettuce cups with spicy sesame soy chicken. Then pick the Perch burger with bacon, fried green tomato, provolone, chipotle mayo frites or spicy chicken pasta with Sriracha cream sauce with grilled chicken and pasta. For dessert, a chocolate hazelnut torte.

Table 34’s $40 dinner starts with cream of tomato soup, a wedge salad, chilled beet salad or heirloom tomato salad. Then try the lobster mac and cheese, seared salmon, grilled pork chop or baby back pork ribs. End with the dessert of your choice.

Twin Creeks at the Silverton has a $50 dinner that includes a choice of lobster bisque or TC chopped salad. Then pick the herb roasted chicken, cilantro ribeye or fresh fish of the day. For dessert, pick either chef Paul’s special or creme brulee.
Yusho Japanese Grill & Noodle House
Head to Yusho at the Monte Carlo for a $30 dinner that starts with edamame and kimchi, followed by Logan Poser ramen and then "Elvis" soft serve with chocolate-covered applewood bacon pieces.
