From Jan. 31 to Feb. 14, during dinner, the Bistro Buffet will offer a variety of all-you-can-eat Chinese dishes including Peking duck, Gai Lan with Crispy Pork Belly, Moo Goo Gai Pan and Ma-Po Tofu Pork alongside seafood options like Kung Pao scallops, seafood congee andG reen Lip Mussels all served with all you can drink beer and wine.
Blossom
Start your celebrations early with Blossom’s special dim sum lunch menu available from Thursday, Jan. 30, through Saturday, Feb. 8, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nightly they’ll offer a traditional Chinese dinner menu from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m.
China Poblano
China Poblano is aiming to match the energetic spirit of The Year of the Horse with its special menu to be served from Jan. 31 to Feb. 14. New dishes include “Leaping Over The Dragon’s Gate,” a crispy whole snapper with scallions and ginger and “Goose, Goose, Duck,” created with seared foie gras with salted egg custard and mandarin orange. They’ve also created special cocktails for the occasion, including the Ma Collins, a twist on the traditional Tom Collins with bourbon, ginger-star anise syrup and soda, and the Jin Mei Shui, translated as “gold plum water.”
Dragon Noodle Co.
A special menu for $29 per person presents three dishes. Gong Hei Fat Choy created with a braised dried oyster and black moss with oyster sauce, Ha Ha Smile featuring manila clam with black bean sauce, and Buddha delight with one of the following ingredients of Chinese Napa, bean thread, black fungus, black moss or snow peas and Chinese mushroom.

Fin is offering a limited time menu of special Chinese dishes for dinner between 5 and 10 p.m. from Thursday, Jan. 30, through Sunday, Feb. 2 .

Grand Wok’s special lunch and dinner menu has been scheduled throughout the day from Thursday, Jan. 30, through Thursday, Feb. 6. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub
In addition to special menu items and festive décor a lion dance will be presented in the first and last day of Chinese New Year celeb, 2014 with lion troupes parading through the space. Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon has created a exclusive items including honey veal chop with bell peppers for $35, stir-fry Chilean seabass in Sanpei sauce for $33 and deep-fry seafood with pine nuts priced at $25. A special offering of handmade petits fours for $14 will also be available.

Two opportunities to celebrate at Jasmine with a dim sum brunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and in the evenings, a traditional Chinese New Year a la carte menu is served for dinner from 5:30p.m. to 10 p.m. Both seatings are available from Thursday Jan. 30 through Sunday, Feb. 9.
Mandarin Bar
Enjoy one of the finest views in the city with two New Year-inspired dishes of Chinese barbecue pork ribs with steam buns and pickled vegetables, or crispy drunken chicken with foie gras and plum sauce. MOzen Bistro
MOzen Bistro has created a “Year of the Horse” dim sum menu and a “Prosperity Yu Sheng Menu” on offer daily from noon to 10 p.m. from Jan. 31 until Feb. 18. Their Chinese New Year Dinner for $79 per person features roast Peking duck crepes, Charsiew Pork with lemongrass prawns, corn & crab soup, and a choice of fillet of cod with XO sauce, Singapore chilly crab, or Hainanese chicken rice. For dessert, they are serving coconut soup with mango dumpling & caramel sorbet. Their popular Jazz Sunday Brunch will also showcase a selection of Chinese-inspired entrees and desserts in addition to its usual fare, all watched over by an intricate Snake display created by the hotel’s executive pastry chef Philippe Angibeau.

Noodles gives you plenty of chances during the day to try their Chinese New Year a la carte menu for lunch and dinner between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. This menu is served from Friday, Jan. 31, through Sunday, Feb. 2.

Pearl has created a Chinese New Year lunch menu highlighting dim sum and other Chinese specialties available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The menu will be available from Friday, Jan. 31, through Monday Feb. 10.
Poppy Den
Chef Angelo Sosa celebrates with a specialty five-course prix fixe meal for one night only. On Fri., Jan. 31., the $58 per person feast will include sugar snap pea and water chestnut salad, steamed fish made with black mushroom and ginger, soy braised pork belly with bok choy, Peking duck served with scallion pancakes, pickles and hoisin and black sesame seed dumplings with condensed milk.
Rice & Company

The decadent evening includes oxtail soup “Hot & Sour”, salt & pepper prawns, Mandarin glazed pork belly, crispy skin sea bass “Hong Kong,” roasted Peking duck, Szechuan style prime steak, and caps the night off with calamansi gelee.
