Bruciato
What started as a pop-up by star Bainbridge Island chef Brendan McGill became a spacious, beautiful spot for creative Neapolitan-style pizzas. Options like the dateri e prosciutto (a blistered pizza topped with dates, mozzarella, grana padano, basil, prosciutto, and balsamic), or the cipolla (a pie covered in sweet onions, leeks, and wildflower honey) are rich and satisfying. The antipasti dishes and a bar focused on Italian spirits round out a nice daytime treat.
Serious Pie and Biscuit
The second Serious Pie outpost in South Lake Union from celebrated restaurateur,Tom Douglas, opened in 2011 with the added bonus of buttery biscuits and a weekend brunch menu. There’s an excellent breakfast pizza with soft eggs, smoked prosciutto, arugula, and pecorino romano, plus a separate menu of buttermilk biscuit sandwiches (all savory but one: house peanut butter, banana and honey), and baked egg skillets often topped with fresh ingredients from a farm in Prosser, WA.
Plum Bistro
Capitol Hill’s popular upscale vegan destination serves classics like a tofu scramble and a bistro breakfast sandwich at brunch, but it also features a Veggie Monster Pizza that lives up to its name. Topped with marinara and pesto, peppers, mushrooms, onions, cheese, broccoli, fresh basil, parsley and ribboned kale, this pie sounds more like a salad — but the ingredients blend well to create a flavorful comfort pizza that feels both healthy and indulgent.
Central Pizza
This bright, quirky Central District neighborhood pizzeria-within-an-old-pizzeria offers The Hangover pie for both your brunch and hangover needs: egg, house-made sausage, potatoes, and mozzarella on an olive oil base. It also has grinders and six vegetarian pies, including one with sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, goat cheese, and mozzarella on a pesto base. And a decadent Cuban sandwich pie makes an appearance from time to time on the menu.
Humble Pie

Brunch is served at all four of Mioposto’s warm, family-friendly restaurants (including Mount Baker, Bryant, Mercer Island, in addition to this one). And at the top of that menu is the bacon and egg breakfast pizza: house-made tutto calabria sauce made in-house, pancetta, mozzarella, and two eggs sunny side up. There’s also a classic shakshuka, and a giant breakfast stromboli, for some other hearty options.
Breezy Town Pizza
Sibling to Phinney Ridge’s massively popularWindy City Pie, this pizza counter located within the打卡休息室on Beacon Hill serves up 12-inch deep dish options with a caramelized cheese edge on a house-made sourdough. Brunch pizzas are currently available once a month at an all-ages drag show aptly calledThe Breakfast Club, and include the Quiche-za (a fluffy quiche pizza made with Wisconsin brick cheese), and the Everything Bagel pie, topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and capers.

Resonate Brewery and Pizzeria
