Seattle’s poutine game may not be able to match Canada’s just yet, but the dish — fries topped with gravy and cheese curds— is still a welcome sight on menus around the city for those craving a comforting side dish. Though the plates may not hold up for long, it’s also still a decent grab and go option, if one is looking for a quick snack.
