Over the past year and a half, the once robust happy hour menus in Seattle all but disappeared. That’s no surprise given the tectonic changes that have shaken the dining scene during the pandemic, and there are certainly legitimate questions abouthow discounted items will fit in down the line in a struggling industry. But now that restaurants are bars are reopening and warmer weather has arrived, there’s still a good crop of happy hours to enjoy, if one hunts hard enough. This guide collects some current standouts, from new restaurants to reliable standbys revamping HH menus, listed from north to south.
