Like most holidays lately, Memorial Day weekend will be more muted than usual during Washington’s stay-at-home order. But even if large backyard barbecues are out, there are still many ways to mark the official beginning of summer with celebratory feasts. Here are some of the restaurants that should be open all weekend for takeout (or at least preorders), offering smoked brisket, ribs, tacos, burgers, and refreshing cocktails worthy of the long weekend.
