Since Washington’s liquor and cannabis board made it legal to sell sealed mixed drinks to go, bars and restaurants around Seattle have jumped on the opportunity, even as limited indoor dining returns. Cocktail kits are still a thing in many places, but now mixologists can really show off their skills, with some creative vessels, since the rules stipulate cocktails must be served in sealed containers and ordered with at least one entree. Here are some of the most notable spots to get some boozy single-serve mixed drinks for takeout and, in some cases, delivery. They are listed from north to south.

Though all the restaurants and bars on the list offer takeout, a number have resumed limited outdoor or indoor dining as well, percurrent guidelines. The level of service offered is indicated on each map point. However, this should not be taken as endorsement for dining in, as there are still safety concerns: for updated information on coronavirus cases in the area, please visit theKing County COVID update page. Studies indicate that there is a lower exposure risk when outdoors, but the level of risk involved with patio dining is contingent on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines.
