Oyster Alternative:Pasta! Pasta! Pasta! For $10, you can get a bowl of delicious pasta sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Good luck getting them to share. Though the portion certainly welcomes it, the pasta is just too good.

With super high ceilings and a white tile floor, this spot just feels like a place to get oysters, and considering it’s kind of their thing (see name of restaurant), they really do it right. Perfect for those days when you miss brunch because you didn’t get up until 2pm and all you really want is a couple of raw oysters and a stiff Bloody Mary somewhere clean but not too bright.

Located in the Fairmont Hotel, Shuckers is one of Seattle’s oldest oyster bars, and it certainly looks the part: dark wood, an intricately detailed tin ceiling, and an atmosphere that feels like it hasn’t changed since the 1930’s.
The Deal:Oysters are a $1.50 Monday – Friday 3 to 5pm, with $3.75 draft mugs, an $8 house martini, and $5.50 red/white wine pours.
Oyster Alternative:Popcorn shrimp for $4? Yes please.
