更新:4月8日下午'。I.CE.NYPhilly (pronounced "icy") will open sometime between late May and Early June, and hours are projected to go from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., daily. This will be the first American location outside of New York City, but following close behind are two more locations in Atlanta and Los Angeles. I.CE.NY bills themselves as "the original Thai rolled ice cream", with over 250 locations (by a different moniker, though the same company) already killing it across southeast Asia.
