The approximately 200-seat bar offers full views on three sides with a variety of seating, including what's already one of the best outdoor spaces in the city.
On the food and drink(see menus below), Besh and the hotel's executive chefNathan Duensinghave put together a kitchen menu with offerings ranging from broiled oysters with garlic, chili and absinthe to venison poppers to a $75 dish of chips and caviar. The full bar has a number of brews and wines available, along with a short list of creative cocktails.
The bar will open at 6 p.m. this evening with a special Infinity Cat DJ set. Then starting tomorrow, hours will be 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. Sunday.
