Orange County’s Little Saigon was originally a one-and-a-half mile stretch of Bolsa Avenue in the city of Westminster. As the Vietnamese population grew over the decades, the original business and cultural hub expanded into the neighboring communities of Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, and Santa Ana.
