Wok and Roll
The patio in Adams Morgan is a prime location for people watching and $1.25 nigiri during the week from 5-8 p.m.
Sakerum
The sake hour at this sleek sushi joint runs from 4:30-8:03 p.m. (that’s weird) on every weekday but Wednesday, when the specials run all day long. For $5, customers can get beer, sake, some maki and temaki rolls, and certain small plates (cocktails drop to $10).

This crowd-pleaser adjacent to the White House offers its entire sushi menu at half-price every day during happy hour from 3-6 p.m. The same deal applies after 11 p.m.
