Mapping D.C. Restaurants That Sell Groceries During the Coronavirus Outbreak

Eating establishments that now mimic markets, bodegas, and butchers

View as Map

Across the District, restaurants are doing everything they can toadjust to a new realitywhile the novel coronavirus outbreak keeps people at home. During a dine-in ban, some have ceased operating completely, and some are turning totakeout and delivery. Many places are also turning into makeshift markets, using their network of purveyors to open up their pantries to customers. There are now a growing number of options for people to find produce from local farms, eggs, milk, meat and home essentials like toilet paper.

Restaurants on this map are frequently changing options while responding to availability and other limitations. Check with the business to make sure they are still offering these supplies.
