Where To Score Monster Breakfast Sandwiches in D.C.

More than just egg and cheese on toast.

Waking up early comes with plenty of drawbacks, but one perk is being able to dive into incredible breakfast sandwiches while the area's residents are still tucked into their beds. Of course, this being breakfast, many of these sandwiches have egg on them, (egg + cheese + protein = a popular combination).

But these places take it to another level. Whether it's waffles as bread, meats on top of meats or fried chicken and doughnuts, all are unique and satisfying, and provide a reason to roll out of bed just a bit earlier.
