Feeling classy and ready to brunch? An all-you-can-eat menu for $39 at Masa 14 might do the trick. It’s a prix fixe menu that includes bottomless booze, including mimosas, bellinis and bloody marys for $39. Brunch runs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., and there’s a rooftop happy hour with a DJ set from 3-7 p.m.

Feeling thrifty on Sunday? Head down 14th Street to Black Jack’s happy hour. From 3-10 p.m. there are drink and food specials, including half-price draft beers, $5 glasses of wine and excellent plate deals: half-price pizza, 2 for 1 oysters, half-price mussels and $7 “dive” burgers.

A good cocktail does not have to break the bank. On Mondays, Beuchert’s happy hour (which basically runs all night from 4 p.m. to close) includes a craft cocktail for $5. Recent $5 specials have included a Jack Rose, mint Rickey and a Chambéryzette, a cocktail with fresh strawberries and French vermouth. Also, classy happy hour bonus: Beuchert’s just opened their backyard patio.

On H Street, happy hour doesn’t get much classier than Le Grenier on Tuesday nights. This is a comfortable and quiet bar, usually with a barstool open. From 5-7 p.m. wines (by the glass) as well as cheese and charcuterie trays are half-price.

Impala Cantina is new to H Street, opening back in May, but already it’s showing off some happy hour deals, especially with Taco Tuesday. Their Mexican pork tacos are $2 until close on Tuesday. That’s in addition to other happy hour specials that change from week-to-week and goes from 5-8 p.m.

Petworth people swear by the DC Reynolds' "BOGO" happy hour. And, on hump day it’s a bargain. Happy hour is buy one, get one until 9 p.m. Order up two drinks alongside a pork belly sandwich, and you’ll still have a few dollars left in your pocket to make it through the rest of the week.

Can happy hour come with a toy? Vinoteca seems to think so. The backyard bocce bar appeals to the inner child with fancy, adult-themed happy meals on Thursdays from 5 p.m. to close. Choose from a hot dog, homemade chips and sparkling wine, or a burger, chips and a craft beer. Each meal comes served on a platter and with a pair of wayfarer sunglasses.

Find the penny pinchers at Mad Hatter on a Thursday night. It’s mug night, which means $1 Miller Lite beers, $4 rail cocktails, $5 Makers Mark and $20 jumbo punch cocktails.

Then, there’s the bottom-line focused drink deal at Bottom Line each Friday from 4-8 p.m. If it’s been a particularly long week and price point matters, then this is the bar. Miller Lite beers go for $1 each.

It’s almost impossible to find a good happy hour on Saturday night, which is why Mandu gets a special nod for offering a late night happy hour deal from 11 p.m.-1 a.m. After a long night out, these bar bites cost between $5-7 each. The menu includes Korean fried chicken, Korean style tacos and pa jeon, a mixed seafood and scallion pancake.

Board Room, a game board themed bar, keeps frugality and fun in mind on Saturdays. Happy hour goes from noon-7 p.m. and includes $4 select beers, rail drinks and wines by the glass. The best deal: winning at a game of Sorry! or Uno, priceless.
