After searching high and low, asking for advice when needed, these are the best in town.

Perhaps the favorite of owner Greg Katz’s mom Beverley, Bev’s Espresso Martini includes Mr. Black coffee liqueur, Licor 43, vodka, espresso, nutmeg, and orange zest. A delicate foam develops at the top of the coupe glass it’s served inside after getting a firm shake.

Naturally, their version of an espresso martini should be unique as well: the one created at Apothecary features Rhum J.M. Agricole, Brulot VSOP coffee-blended cognac, salted honey, and malted molasses cream.
