Heritage BBQ will showcase five local Chicago chefs competing to promote the consumption of heritage breed pigs raised by local farms. Each chef will be given a 200 lb. pig to create six dishes for attendees, and a panel of judges will vote for Chicago’s “BBQ King or Queen.” Tickets start at $125 and can be purchasedhere.
