ALBANY PARK—Albany Park, one of the most-diverse neighborhoods in the city, is gettinga seafood-focused Mexican restaurant.Mariscos Sirenareplaces chef Ambrosio Mancines’s former restaurant, T&B Grill. Mancines is a Mexican immigrant who has worked his way up through the restaurant ranks from washing dishes to working as a sous chef at Bistro Chez Joel in Little Italy.
