In 2021, the W Hotel in Midtown at Colony Square received a much-needed makeover and rebranded to the Starling, becoming a Hilton property. And with the rebrand came a new restaurant for the hotel called Lantana, led by chef Cole Pate (formerly of Atlanta restaurants the Southern Gentleman and Gyspy Kitchen.)
